Pet Friendly Apartments
Do you accept dogs? We sure do! Country Club Gardens loves your furry friends and is a pet-friendly community welcoming both cats and dogs up to 25 lbs. Bring your pet by the office for a special treat!
Pet Policy
Up to two pets per home are permitted. An additional deposit per pet is required for cats and dogs. Permitted and restricted breeds and animals are outlined below.
- Dogs: All dogs weighing 25 pounds or less are permitted.
- Cats: All breeds of domestic cats are permitted.
- Small Animals: Gerbils, rats, hamsters, guinea pigs, rabbits, and chinchillas are permitted. Ferrets are not permitted.
- Birds: Domestic birds, such as cockatiels and parakeets are permitted. Birds of prey and non-domestic birds such as pigeons, parrots, cockatoos, and macaws are not permitted.
- Farm animals: All are restricted.
- Reptiles: Turtles, bearded dragons, and lizards are permitted. All snakes are restricted.
- Fisk tanks: All tanks are limited to a 30-gallon capacity. Predator fish such as piranhas are not permitted.
